Pumped Up! is a network of support groups for people living with Heart Failure or who have had a Heart Attack.

The groups are community assets of Integrated Care Across Northamptonshire (ICAN) which aims to help people with long term conditions choose well, live well and stay well.

We currently have 4 groups in Northamptonshire and there will be more on the way:

 

Daventry Pumped Up meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month 12.30pm-3pm at Reach for Health, Steffan Hill Ground, Western Avenue, Daventry, NN11 4UD.

Kettering Pumped Up meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month 11am - 2pm at St Sotolph's Church Rooms, Kettering NN15 6SR

Northampton Pumped Up meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month 10.30am-1.30pm at The Sikh Community Centre & Youth Club (SCCYC), 35-37 St James Mill Road, Northampton NN5 5JW

Wellingborough Pumped Up meets on the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month 11.30am-2.30pm at The Waendal Leisure Centre, Thomas Street, Wellingborough NN8 1DZ

 

Each group has expert advice and guidance from an NHS consultant and an exercise session, followed by a healthy vegetarian lunch. We also have regular education and information sessions from guest speakers and wellbeing activities.
