Carer One Stop Shop. One Angel Square. Every other Tuesday.

Every other Tuesday meet us at One Angel Square, Northampton where we are holding a One Stop Shop, you can receive advice on your Caring role, signposting and information. A private pod provides a safe space to talk to our Carer Support Worker. From 10am to 2pm.
Summer Fete

Everyone is welcome to our Summer Fete! Friday 21st August from 12 noon to 3pm. Carers, grandmas, uncles, children, grandchildren, mums, dads, guardians, neighbour's, teenagers and friends. Join in with our arts and crafts table, cakes, tea and coffee and treats for sale. We have a VR Headset experience room, bric-a-brac stall and much, much, more! Can't wait to see you at 123 Midland Road, Wellingborough.

Dementia Activity and Information Groups

Dementia Activity and Information groups are for those living with memory problems or dementia and their informal carers
Memory Hubs

Referral to the Memory Hubs is via the memory assessment service only as there is a criteria for these groups.
Pumped Up

Pumped Up! is a network of support groups for people living with Heart Failure or who have had a Heart Attack.
Diabetes

Our Diabetes groups are a network of support groups for people over 60, living with type 1 or type 2 Diabetes and their carers or loved ones.
Ageing Well

Ageing Well is a project which aims to bring about the ideological and working practice change necessary to properly join health / social / wellbeing services.

Get Up & Go is part of a county-wide falls prevention programme providing OTAGO strength and balance exercise classes for older adults, or those who have a fear of falling, had a fall or are at risk of falling.

Role of ROCKET and RESTART

Respiratory Therapy Acute Response Team (RESTART) is a team of nurses and physiotherapists who provide care for patients with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). They support early discharge of patients with COPD and also run the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Programme.
