Parent Carers Support

A Parent Carer is someone who has the responsibility to provide care to a child or young person under the age of 25 with a disability, special educational need, on-going physical or mental health difficulties or a life limiting condition.

Our Parent Carer support works in partnership with a number of organisations across both North and West Northamptonshire, including:

  • North Northamptonshire Parent Carer Voices
  • West Northamptonshire Voices in Partnership
  • Local Parent Carer Forums
  • En-fold, Northamptonshire's Autism support Charity

We co-produce information workshops for our registered Parent Carers to attend.

We also run our own Parent Carer groups in the county. Parent Carers may also wish to attend our DISC (Disability Inclusive Sports Club) which takes place most Sundays.

Once you are registered with us a Parent Carer, you are able to attend any of our groups or workshops. If you have any questions or would like to contact the Parent Carer team, please use this email.
