Reiki And Relaxation

Learn relaxation techniques to continue with at home inspired by Reiki, which is a Japanese technique for stress reduction that promotes healing and well being.

The online courses are offered on a 1:1 basis.  One session to be held per week for a minimum of 6 weeks.  One hour will be the maximum length of time for each session, which  allows time to settle, chat and ask questions etc.

The main objective of the sessions will be for Carers to enjoy the opportunity to take time just for themselves.   A calm environment will be created to enhance relaxation and the overall experience for each Carer.

Our qualified practitioner will be working with the breath, meditation and other straightforward tools and techniques that can be used to help Carers day-to-day.

Second and subsequent sessions, will be bespoke - tailored to the specific needs and requirements of each person and, as importantly, to what they enjoy and what works for them.  The session content will flow from one week to the next, thereby providing consistency, aiding progress and increasing wellbeing.
