Volunteer Opportunities

Charities across the country are supported by an army of volunteers and Northamptonshire Carers is no different. To support Carers in Northamptonshire volunteers provide a range of support to activities and roles to ensure the continued development and growth of these services.

Would you like to use your current skills and learn new ones, build your confidence and meet new people?

We ask in return for your dedication to a few hours on a regular basis

There are a variety of volunteer roles available

• Lunch Club Cook, Greens Norton on the 3rd Thursday of the month between 11am and 3pm
• Supporting at local Carers Cafe’s & Clubs, various locations including Blisworth on the 3rd Tuesday of the month and Roade on the 1st Monday of the month
• Administrators, a variety of roles within the Wellingborough office
• Carers Sitting Service supporting Carers in their own homes across the county to give them time to themselves
• Trustees for our Management Committee
• Administration support for our Young Carers Schools Project
