COPD Breathing Space

Breathing Space is a project for people diagnosed with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and their unpaid Carers. Anyone who has been diagnosed with COPD is welcome to attend. We work alongside specialist respiratory nurses, Wellbeing Practitioners, a GP as well as guest speakers to provide a holistic support service which covers both lung-health as well as wider wellbeing.

Groups currently meet online via Zoom however we are also meeting outdoors in Country Parks. Once safe to do so we will be returning to fortnightly face-to-face meetings in venues across Northamptonshire. Our service is shaped by our members so we are always open to new ideas to make this the best service it can be.

Should you require further details or wish to join, please contact us .
