Dementia Group, Wellingborough

The Wellingborough group is one of four Dementia Activity Groups around the county and will meet on the 4th Thursday of each month between 10am and 12noon at the Whitworths Football Club in Wellingborough. We start with refreshments and it could include a guest speaker for information purposes such as The Admiral Nurse, fire safety, amongst others once a month.

We will have regular fitness activities on alternate meetings doing sit and keep fit. There will be games, quizzes or singing and other activities.
