Unfortunately due to Covid-19 we have to suspend our group support for the time being. We will be back as soon as we can. Our Support Line can be called on 01933 677907. Thank you

STOP PRESS .......   All Breathing Space Groups

From August 2020, Breathing Space grouos will be run via Zoom. The meetings will initially last approx. 45 minutes until such a time as our membership on Zoom increases.

The meetings will run on the dates and at the origanal times already arranged for Breathing Space groups in 2020.

Please let Penny know if you need additional support to log in, she will be happy to help.

We urge you to join these groups as they are a way for members to see each other and provide additional support for all.

Penny has undertaken zoom meetings so far, whilst numbers have been small, it is a good way to keep in touch and continue to do some of the previous wellbeing activities, signposting and provide information.

Invertations will be sent out via email or message (your choice) on the Friday prior to the meeting being held.

Please get in touch on:

    Who are carers?

The term 'Carer' can often be confusing. We use it in terms of someone who provides support for a relative or friend who has a disability, long-term illness or other additional needs. Sometimes the term 'Carer' can get mixed up for those who work for care agencies and care homes.
