What's On

All of our groups are free for Carers to join, however you are more than welcome to get in touch beforehand if you would like to.

If you already know the basics about our groups, and want to see which groups you can attend, scroll down the screen to get to the Filter boxes

We all need support from other people, particularly at difficult times. It can help us to feel stronger

Why I come to a support group?

However good you are at coping, there are times when you’ve had enough or need to let off steam. You may want to be able to talk to someone else who understands how you’re feeling, because they’re in a similar position themselves
