Our Daventry Carers Information Hub gives you a chance to meet other Carers whilst bringing the person you care-for if you choose to.

Join us for a break, enojy refreshments and a chat with Carer Advisors and other Carers. Get information, advice and support.

The Carers Information Hub provides advice, guidance and practical support for Carers. It's a place to access information on services, benefits and local resources, connect with others, and get the help you need in your Caring role.

Bugbrooke Carers Infomation Hub

Meets the first Thursday of each month in the Bugbrooke Community Cafe. It's run by the Bugbrooke Community team, we attend and wholeheartedly support this opportunity for unpaid Carers. Starts at 2pm and runs until 4pm. Carers and Cared-for both welcome!

Group designed for people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and other chronic respiratory diseases. Unpaid Carers are also welcome. Offers welcoming spaces for social connection and peer support, helping people share experiences, reduce isolation and build resilience together. Registration must be completed prior to attending the group. This helps ensure the right support group is offered and medical details are logged in order to access consultations with the doctor.

Support line

Our Carers Support Line provides a confidential service to support the needs of Adult and Young Carers, including Parent Carers. The service can be accessed by Carers, professionals or anyone with a Carer related enquiry or issue.

Role of ROCKET and RESTART

Respiratory Therapy Acute Response Team (RESTART) is a team of nurses and physiotherapists who provide care for patients with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). They support early discharge of patients with COPD and also run the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Programme.
