Northamptonshire Carers are seeking an additional Trustee, we would welcome in particular applications from someone with a Black African/Black Caribbean/Black British or Southern Asian heritage to join our Board, ensuring we are representative at this level of the Carers we provide services for. 

Trustees are volunteers who oversee our work supporting local Carers and guide the charity's strategy.

Trustees bring with them relevant experience from their personal circumstances or professional careers. Our Trustees each have experience in providing care themselves.

We are especially keen to recruit new Trustees with skills and experience in:-

• HR
• Legal Services
• Marketing
• IT
• Business Management
• Work with Young People
