“We all need support from other people, particularly at difficult times. It can help us to feel stronger"
A carer who attends our Northampton Coffee Morning when asked why she comes to our support groups
We have several types of groups.
“However good you are at coping, there are times when you’ve had enough or need to let off steam. You may want to be able to talk to someone else who understands how you’re feeling, because they’re in a similar position themselves.”

If this is you, please call our Carers Support Line on 01933 677907, Option 2 or [email protected]
Find the group that is right for you
You do not have to live in the area of the group, if there is an activity in a different part of the county you are still very welcome to attend.
To help narrow down the type of group that best suits you in terms of area & type please use the filters below. Remember that you are free to cross over district boundaries, so if you live in Brixworth and Northampton is easier to get to than Daventry just select both options.
An 'at a glance' list of groups is also available along with other activities in Needs & Aspirations which is published 3 times a year.
