We have several types of groups.

Carers Support Groups	Just for Carers
Carers Cafes & Carers Drop-In's	You can bring the person you care for too if you would like to
Lunch Clubs	Meal with friends, Carers and Cared for
Specialist Groups	Dementia, COPD, Parent Carers, Male Carers, Mental Health, End of Life
Choir and Ukulele Groups	Sing, play and socialise
One off events	From days out to family fun days and Awareness

Find the group that is right for you

You do not have to live in the area of the group, if there is an activity in a different part of the county you are still very welcome to attend.

To help narrow down the type of group that best suits you in terms of area & type please use the filters below. Remember that you are free to cross over district boundaries, so if you live in Brixworth and Northampton is easier to get to than Daventry just select both options.
