Gym membership Northamptonshire Carers have purchased a number of memberships around the county, including swimming, jacuzzi, steam rooms, specialist activity classes etc. in various leisure centres, health clubs and hotels. How it works? Although Carers can access these memberships free of charge, some organisations do charge for an induction and classes may not also be included. To access this scheme you will first need to have a Carers Assessment to determine how this will support your individual needs. Carers must be registered with Northamptonshire Carers to take advantage of this opportunity and all bookings must be made through us, via our Main Office number on 01933 677837, places are released on a 3 month roaming basis, and Carers must call at regular intervals to book for the following 3 months. We do operate a Reserve list if your preferred day is not available. Make your gym booking by calling the Northamptonshire Carers general no on 01933 677837 and making your booking. Please only attend on your booked day. Some Carers are booking and not turning up for several weeks in a row. Please make sure you call the office and cancel if you cannot attend, as there are always Carers on waiting lists. If the same Carer is consistently not attending and not cancelling they will be telephoned to discuss this. Under no circumstances must a carer swap their gym slot, it needs to be cancelled by calling the office number so that it can be offered to the next person in the waiting list We hope you continue to enjoy your time at the gym and by abiding by the above codes of conduct it will help us to maintain good links with providers and also the funding we need to continue.
