Activity Support Group, Rushden

The group will meet on the 1st & 3rd Thursday of the month at the John Whites Golf Club in Rushden starting with refreshments, it will include a guest speaker for information purposes; ie- The Admiral Nurse, Solicitors, Psychologists, fire safety, care and repair amongst others once a month.

We will have regular fitness activities on alternate meetings doing sit and keep fit. There will be games, quizzes or singing and other activities.
