This group is open to Breathing Space Kicking Back at COVID Support Group and those with Post COVID-19 Syndrome on the 1st & 3rd Thursday of the month between 1.30pm and 2.30pm

  • take recovery into your own hands and feel more empowered to gain control over your health
  • with some fun exercises and useful techniques in a relaxed atmosphere and safe environment
