Dementia Activity Group, Northampton

The group will meet on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday of each month between 10.30am and 12.30pm at the Doddridge Centre in Northampton starting with refreshments, it could include a guest speaker for information purposes; ie- The Admiral Nurse, fire safety, amongst others once a month.

We will have regular fitness activities on alternate meetings doing sit and keep fit. There will be games, quizzes or singing and other activities.
