Our Asian Evergreens Group in Northampton meets on the3rd Wednesday of the month between 1pm and 3pm.

A chance to talk with others going through similar situations or just get away from caring for a few hours.

Monthly Fishing Group Carers on the 2nd Wednesday of the month We even have equipment to borrow if you want to give it a go for the first time.

COPD Empowerment Course (CEC)

A 4 week course for those newly diagnosed with COPD or frequently accessing primary or secondary care. Registration must be completed prior to attending groups. Support line

Our Carers Support Line provides a confidential service to support the needs of Adult and Young Carers, including Parent Carers. The service can be accessed by Carers, professionals or anyone with a Carer related enquiry or issue.
Role of ROCKET and RESTART

Respiratory Therapy Acute Response Team (RESTART) is a team of nurses and physiotherapists who provide care for patients with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). They support early discharge of patients with COPD and also run the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Programme.
