Needs and Aspirations Needs & Aspirations is a project facilitated by SERVE. This project gives a wide range of activities for Carers both training and leisure. These opportunities give Carers the chance to have some time out from their caring role, which can be so very important. These sessions, also enable Carers to meet other people in similar situations to themselves.
