As a registered charity we have a duty to have a public Annual General Meeting (AGM). Our 2019 AGM takes place at Moulton Community Centre on 21st November. Coinciding with Carers Rights Day, we're also inviting Carers to discuss what services matter to them and what support they feel is needed in the future.

During the discussion we're splitting up into tables based around common themes so when booking tickets please select the description that best suits your situation:

Dementia Carer Care for a loved one with dementia
Learning Disability Carer Care for an adult with a learning disability
Mental Health Carer Care for an adult with a mental health condition
Parent Carer Care for a child under 18 with special needs/disability
Physical Disability Carer Care for an adult with a physical disability
Other Carer None of the above
Professional supporting Carers GPs, Social Workers, Commissioners etc

We appreciate that you may fit into more than one box, if so please select the group which you feel you would like to focus discussions on. There will be an opportunity to also discuss overarching themes.

Video and photographs will be taken at the even for publicity purposes. If you do not want to appear is this, please let us know on the day.

Refreshments included.

If you have any further queries or require support to attend, please contact Sue Denton at [email protected] or 01933 677837
