What We Do

We aim to offer a comprehensive support service to the unpaid Carers of Northamptonshire.

We recognise their contribution to society and will endeavour to empower Carers in improving their quality of life. Our organisation is Carer-led and our developments will be a response to Carers' needs

If you are a Carer and would like information and advice to help you in your caring role you can refer yourself to us by sending an e-mail to: carers@northamptonshire-carers.org  with your name, address and telephone number stating who you are caring for and the nature of their illness or disability and we will get back to you as soon as we can

CARERS STORIES

Do you have a story to tell about your caring role?

There are therapeutic benefits to writing down things happening in your life. Sharing your story with other Carers is often both inspiring for the writer and the reader, especially those carers feeling isolated.

If you have a story you would like to share we would love to hear from you

It also helps with funding requests when we can show real life experiences of the Carers we support

You can write to us at: Northamptonshire Carers, Regent Park, Booth Drive, Park Farm South, Wellingborough NN8 6GR. Mark the envelope ‘Carers Stories’

Or

email us at: carers@northamptonshire-carers.org putting ‘Carers Story’ in the subject box
