Our Carers Support Line provides a confidential service to support the needs of Carers, including Parent Carers.

The service can be accessed by Carers, professionals or anyone with a Carer related enquiry or issue.

Lines are open Monday - Friday, 9am - 12noon; 1-4pm.

Our Support Line provides:

• A listening ear and emotional support
• Signposting and referral to other organisations
• One-to-one telephone support
• Access to Carers Assessments
• Information and advice
• Access to the Dementia Care Advice Service
• Ongoing support
• Peer Support
• Access to Carers Sitting Services

 

Our Support Line workers will do their best to respond to Carers and Carer related enquiries no matter how diverse.

If you need someone to talk to at weekends or in the evening, the NHS's Carers Direct helpline is open.
